REFUND & CREDIT POLICY
By making/authorizing payment, you both accept and agree to the terms and conditions as outlined below.
All registrations and payments received are non-refundable; there are absolutely no exceptions to this policy – unless the event is physically cancelled by DWJ.
To be clear, all sales are FINAL…. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CREDIT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY REASON. Credit consideration is outlined below and will only be addressed with the account holder.
A request to receive CREDIT must be submitted via email to email@example.com a minimum of 30 days prior to the event, master class, workshop, and/or intensive date to receive FULL CREDIT less $25.00 administrative fee.
CREDIT request received 10-29 days prior to to the event, master class, workshop, and/or intensive date will only be eligible to receive a 50% CREDIT less $25.00 administrative fee.
CREDIT requests received less than 10 days prior to the event, master class, workshop, and/or intensive date will not be considered. Only those with a medical emergency will be eligible for a partial CREDIT less $25.00 administrative fee with a physician’s note in the event of severe illness or injury preventing participation within 10 days prior to the event, master class, workshop, and/or intensive date and a minimum of 24hrs notice is required.
If credit is issued, the credit is non-transferrable and is valid for up to one year.
Notification onsite upon event check-in and/or after an event has started will result in forfeiture of that registration.
To be clear, No credit will be provided to participants who DO NOT REACH OUT TO US prior to the event as outlined above, cancel, or SIMPLY FAIL TO attend.
